Abstract

The central target of this article is to demonstrate that there is a close relationship between international trade and human rights. It will also explain what guidelines the WTO has considered to implement human rights within its system and whether they have been successful. Without being exhaustive but not limiting, relevant aspects will be exposed that will lead us to reflect on the current situation of international trade and human rights. In addition, there will be a space to see the position that Mexico has taken in this regard.
