Abstract

The present paper tends to understand how, with the use of a comparative approach to legal phenomena and, more particularly, contemporary constitutionalism, Elisabeth Zoller’s work allows us to understand cultural aspects, both contextualized in their appearance and circulating in their evolution, which various contemporary constitutionalists, both in France and abroad, tend to consider as necessary invariables of any legal and political system.
