Abstract

The interpretation of treaties and other human rights instruments that make up the conventionality block, by the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court on Human Rights, leads to study the actions that should be carried out by national public administrations as conventional authorities, in the exercise of fuzzy control of conventionality, which must be carried out in execution of its competences and of the established constitutional and legal procedures.
