Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing corruption from the institute-institute relationship, establishing the social and structural conditions that generate and facilitate corrupt events. This phenomenon of corruption in the doctrine has had points of view that are basically reduced to the branch of Criminal Law, linked to technical issues associated with the specific crimes committed by the corrupt, so that they are based on a positivist approach and not multidisciplinary. For this, a theoretical foundation of the relationship of the phenomenon of corruption from a theoretical point of view was developed; The instituted-instituting category was analyzed in detail, as well as a characterization of the phenomenon of corruption.
