Abstract

In the present article a study is made around the constitutional principles that must govern in the criminal justice in Mexico, and whose purpose is to protect and guarantee the rights of the actors in the criminal process, always seeking to reduce violence, and be the Axis cuts for the protection of human rights in judicial activity.
