Abstract

The objective is to analyze the constitutional regularity of freezing assets, by the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, through sentences. Addressing the distribution of inter and intra-governmental competences and respect for Human Dignity. As we will see, this competence is unconstitutional, therefore, we propose the necessary reforms, so that the Mexican State has a tool to combat insecurity and respecting Human Dignity.
