This work is the product of the research project called The judicialization of politics in response to the inactivity of other powers of the state, which was carried out within the framework of an open call. For the development of this, the descriptive and documentary method was used, counting on a qualitative approach for the identification of norms, jurisprudence and doctrine, which support the central theses of the research. These lines seek to provide elements to the reader that allow them to identify what is understood by judicialization of politics in the Colombian legal system -turning to the discursive development of the doctrinal order-, increasingly weighted in the exercise of administering justice; Likewise, he realizes the materialisation of the phenomenon from specific cases where it is configured, to end with some approximations regarding the benefits and risks of this normative practice that compromises political spaces, reducing them to the judicial scene.
