Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the transition that has operated in the fundamental rights of crime victims thanks to constitutional reforms linked to criminal proceedings and Human Rights in general; starting from the standards that have been established in this regard from the jurisprudential formant, particularly the inter-American one, whose precedents are especially relevant in the Human Rights paradigm that operates in Mexico.
