Abstract

In this article the reader will be able to find the main causes that a state of a federal republic could have to rethink its constitutional and coexistence rules. In addition, you will be able to analyze the main challenges and risks that a new constitutional text faces in its first years of life in the process of constitutional impregnation in the normative system, in its institutions and in its inhabitants.
