Abstract
I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to present my teacher's work to an academic community among which it has been said that she has had an entire "Indian guard", not at her service, and therefore I do not intend for such an allusion to be understood in a despotic sense, but in the positive sense that is conveyed to us by those who share with me the honor of being her disciples. Among whom she sowed her seed with good success so that the scientific discipline that she has cultivated for decades, the legal branch that studies the past, present and future paths of equality and freedom (as she herself calls Constitutional Law), would reach beyond the seas with the humanistic air of the eight-hundred-year-old Estudio Salmanticense. To continue harvesting History and strengthening the ties that unite Salamanca and Latin America through knowledge.
