CONSTITUTIONAL EQUALITY AND THE FEMINIST MOVEMENT IN SPAIN

Abstract

The objective of this work, apart from paying tribute to Dr. Ángela Figueruelo, is to show the reader a brief, but substantial review of feminism in Spain, highlighting on the one hand its evolution and, on the other, its different types; and, followed by this, highlight the necessary paradigm shift with which equal relations between men and women must currently be addressed.
